There will be a monthly draw for entries with the most correct answers.
Dear Connoisseurs here are the answers to the last quiz:
1 Beaujolais Nouveau officially released on the 3rd Thursday of November.
2 Beaujolais is made from Gamay grape.
3 The vinification method is Carbonic Maceration. Ferments most of the juice while it is still inside the grape and the resulting wine is fruity and very low in tannin and ready to drink quickly.
